Strengthen the foundation of summer cottage in Helsinki

We noticed that the door on our storage room is very hard to close, we had to cut a piece from the top to be able to close it. Also we noticed some of the concrete blocks that are supposed to give additional support for the parts that are attached to the cottage (like the two storage rooms) moved quite a bit.
We are interested in quotes for both adjustment of the cottage and more permanent fix, like installing new concrete blocks or replacing them with concrete piers of screw piles (or whatever you recommend).
